About The Position
The Ski and Ride School (SRS) Programs Supervisor guides programs to ensure a quality guest experience. This role, in conjunction with SRS Management, delivers revenue contributions and provides a fulfilling experience for both guests and staff. The Programs Supervisor will take responsibility for the range of programs offered throughout the season. This includes, but is not limited to, Kids Club Arapahoe, S.E.S., Blackpackers, and other large groups. The Programs Supervisor will work with the SRS Supervisor to adequately staff for both daily operations and program needs. On days that programs are not running, this individual can expect to either be included in daily assignments, or if the SRS Supervisor is off, they may be asked to run daily operations.
