The Ski and Ride School Operations Supervisor will oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and all staff communications. Organize and consolidate data and files in the SRS shared drive. Cover other program supervision as needed. This role is essential in ensuring safety and guest service huddles and post-injury reports are completed and accurate. The supervisor will be the primary scheduler for all staff, send all staff communications weekly, and audit pay issued for work completed. They will oversee the Payroll Coordinator and assist in the payroll process, ensuring correct pay rates and managing end-of-season closing and equipment inventory. The supervisor will also ensure documentation and files are organized and available for review by the Leadership Team.
