About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SIU/Insurance investigator to cover Chicago, IL and its surrounding areas. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Chicago. This is a W-2 role; subcontractors will not be considered. The SIU/Insurance Investigator should demonstrate proficiency in multi-lines investigations, writing accurate and detailed reports, securing written/recorded statements, and conducting accident scene investigations. The role requires strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic, along with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks. Candidates must have reliable transportation, along with their own digital recorder and camera.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' SIU experience
• Background in handling multi-lines investigations
• Proven investigative skill sets within the industry
• Honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and calm intensity
• Reliable transportation
• Own digital recorder and camera
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook email

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Experience with personal lines investigations
