About The Position

We are seeking experienced Claims/SIU and/or Workers’ Comp. Investigators for Insurance Investigations that include Recorded Statements, Accident Scene, and Industrial/workplace accidents. The ideal candidates will possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry, along with characteristics such as honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and a calm intensity. These traits are essential for our Investigators and staff. Candidates must have a background in handling multi-lines investigations, with personal lines experience highly desired. Reliable transportation and personal equipment, including a digital recorder and digital camera, are required for this role. Job duties include taking in-person recorded statements, capturing scene photographs, and writing detailed comprehensive reports, while adhering to strict due dates on all assignments. Requirements

• Proven investigative skill sets within the industry
• Background in handling multi-lines investigations
• Reliable transportation
• Possession of personal equipment such as a digital recorder and digital camera
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (email)
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
