About The Position
SITKA is actively seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our store. You will provide leadership and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, coach, and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a 'wow' factor level of customer experience. You drive store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards. You have a customer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments. This role will be located in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
