Job Overview The Site Merchandising sitewide associate supports our digital customer strategy, process and operations, testing and implementation, and ongoing optimization to drive product discovery and selection. You will be a driver of centralized guardrails and execution across site discovery (navigation, facet/filtering), marketing event, promotion and content management across macys.com and influence future roadmap and experimentation needs. We are looking for a highly motivated business advocate to join our team of passionate thinkers and problem solvers. You will be directly responsible for aligning business priorities, utilizing analytics as the voice of the customer and knowledge of competitive research to understand what is happening in the space. A successful candidate will have passion for merchandising and collaborate with cross-functional units to drive business priorities and digital customer journey. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience defining strategy, proven project management skills for planning and executing a best in class customer experience through effective site merchandising tactics and strong partnerships.
