We are seeking a Sitecore Developer to join our team in Arlington, Texas, within the construction and contractor industry. This role involves systems analysis and development, architecture development, and providing thought leadership in digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop digital engagement solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initial project concepts and produce detailed, task-based level of efforts.
  • Perform systems analysis and development to ensure smooth operation.
  • Participate in architecture development and maintenance.
  • Be a thought leader in relation to the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and innovative thinking around Content Management, Advanced Website Development, Microsoft Digital Services, and Sitecore CMS.
  • Provide technical insight during client-facing and internal wireframe and composition discussions.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements for digital engagements.
  • Perform problem determination and correct defects identified by end-users.
  • Complete work estimates for all project tasks and perform analysis to achieve the best design solution.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation with end-users after completing development tasks.
  • Evaluate skillsets, conduct code reviews, and communicate evaluations in a meaningful and promoting manner.
  • Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, with proven experience in developing and implementing Sitecore-based solutions
  • Strong expertise in .NET, with ability to apply this knowledge in the context of Sitecore development
  • In-depth understanding of Sitecore, including its features, capabilities, and integration methods
  • Experience in developing mobile sites, with a focus on optimizing Sitecore for mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with the construction/contractor industry, with the ability to understand and meet specific industry requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest Sitecore updates and industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to complex technical issues
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines within the construction/contractor industry.
