About The Position
The Site Training Lead applies learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and execute against a learning strategy to drive business outcomes at a site operations location. This position will primarily focus on supporting the Parenteral Filling (PF) operations at Biogen’s site in RTP. It will be imperative to build and sustain relationships with the site leadership team and to serve as a partner to other site functions. You will work closely with the manufacturing leadership team to build a sustainable training program with a primary focus of on-the-job training for manufacturing personnel. To achieve this, you’ll build an understanding of the operating model within the PF, review and analyze training processes, gather data, and develop a program to meet the needs of PF and the wider RTP Pharma site. You will also partner with other training leads to maintain alignment and consistency in development of the site’s training program. Additional responsibilities include supporting the New Hire Onboarding process, and supporting regulatory audits, as needed.
