About The Position

We are actively seeking a Site Trainer to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love! This role’s primary responsibility will be developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that ensure all production employees and frontline leaders have the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. As our Site Trainer, you’ll make an impact by: Training Program Development Creating and maintaining training materials, SOPs, attachments, cross training matrices, and competency assessments for all production and leadership roles. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and supervisors to ensure training content reflects current processes and equipment. Employee Onboarding & Skills Training Leading new hire orientation and onboarding for production staff, including production floor safety, quality, and manufacturing fundamentals. Leadership Training & Development Developing and delivering leadership training modules for frontline leaders, leads, and emerging talent. Compliance & Documentation Maintaining accurate and audit-ready training records that are compliant with Quality Document Control. Coaching & Performance Support Providing on-the-job coaching to new hires, developing employees, and frontline leaders. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and help implement changes in processes or procedures. Cross-Functional Collaboration Working with Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver specialized or technical training modules. Helping build a training culture that promotes accountability, skill mastery, leadership capability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations training, or production leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to document procedures and simplify complex concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, training matrices, or certification systems preferred.
  • Lean/continuous improvement experience is a plus.
