About The Position

Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Site Support Technician to join our Computershare Technology Services team. In this role, you'll be a part of a growing team with 40 great members based across locations throughout the United States. This team assists the wider Computershare Technology Services infrastructure to improve the processes of our IT department to meet the growing demand for availability, communication and visibility of change across our organization with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

  • 2 years of IT Support experience (Service Desk and/or Tier 2 Support).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes and functions.
  • Working knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, and Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Active Directory, both Azure and On-Prem.
  • Experience with Desktop, Laptop, and Thin Client Imaging.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant IT Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, Network etc.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance and monitoring of end user computing equipment, peripherals, printers, and local site hardware.
  • Preparing, testing, deploying, maintaining, supporting, refreshing, and recycling all company end user hardware.
  • Maintenance, support and administration of core Operating System and other software used by Computershare.
  • First and second level support and maintenance of all infrastructure at assigned site(s).
  • Translating customer issues, recommending system solutions, and deployment of those solutions.
  • Working closely with the business to deploy quality products that meet business needs.
  • Supporting, maintaining and administrating print services.
  • Hardware and software asset management and inventory reporting.
