The role may require extended hours to meet production deadlines, support operational needs, and respond to unexpected situations or emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of management experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or operational environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (certification preferred).
• Experience working with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Working knowledge of inventory and production management systems; experience with Oracle, Korber, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power BI , including advanced functions such as macros and basic VBA programming.
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
• High level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience under stress
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

Nice To Haves

• APICS certification and team-based training experience are considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of inventory and production management systems; experience with Oracle, Korber, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership – Provide leadership and direction to the management team to drive results in production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency while eliminating non-value-added activities and maintaining cost effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement – Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, analyzing processes, and promoting operational excellence across the site.
• Quality Management – Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies while promoting quality achievements and performance improvements throughout the organization.
• Performance & KPI Management – Ensure attainment of site-wide contractual KPIs including training, safety, quality, inventory, cost, and delivery performance.
• Training & Development – Develop and maintain site training programs while coaching team members, fostering engagement, and supporting skill development across the organization.
