Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.

Requirements

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: Pursuing a degree in an IT field
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
