The Site Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating communication across the site. This role involves inputting and updating information in databases and the InSITE, maintaining accurate and current data. The coordinator organizes and coordinates employee training sessions, supporting the professional development of the team, and assists in the onboarding process for new employees to facilitate a smooth integration into the team. Additionally, the coordinator performs research, collection, collation, and compilation of data, preparing reports and interpreting findings. Responsibilities also include reviewing work orders on devices that are down, conducting production meetings with each platform at the site on a weekly basis, interfacing with site logistics staff as needed, assisting the Site Manager with interviews for new hires, filling in for the Site Manager in their absence, drafting and editing minutes, documents, letters, and other communications, and serving as the site environmental health and safety officer.
