About The Position
The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring a full time Site Supervisor to serve as a Lead in each of our group home locations in the state of Maryland. The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the home department, including but not limited to daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, scheduling, and assisting with direct cares as needed.
