We are looking for you to… Manage an assigned shift or site Interview, hire, and train security staff Oversee the daily workflow and schedule assignment of guards Provide and implement security protocols and information systems Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections Fill in when needed and perform other related duties Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the security contract are being satisfied Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophy Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- 3 years of security supervisory experience
- Experience managing security operations
- Proven experience motivating and training staff
- Ability to get along with other employees, follow directors, work under stress, and continuously improve
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
- Strong service/quality mindset
- Professionalism
- Proven computer skills, specifically related to schedule management
