Cascadia Global Security – Audere est Facere (Dare to Do). The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position will require the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

  • 10 years of supervisory experience
  • A clean driving record (able to pass DMV Check)
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Law Enforcement experience is preferred; we strongly encourage candidates who come from law enforcement to apply for this position
  • Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
  • Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
  • Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
  • Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.
