About The Position

Eurofins Grain Inspection is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to guide daily operations at our grain inspection facility and serve as a trusted partner to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable results. ⭐ What You’ll Do As our Site Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the facility—supporting your team, serving our customers, and ensuring smooth, safe operations every day. You will: Lead the day-to-day operation of the inspection facility Train, mentor, and supervise Grain Inspectors in sampling, grading, and testing grain according to USDA/FGIS standards Act as the primary liaison between Eurofins and our client, sharing key operational updates and ensuring excellent service Champion a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environment Ensure accuracy in all test results and communicate findings to clients and grain truck drivers Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and general site operations Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and team development Testing for moisture, weight, foreign material, damage, and specialty analyses such as mycotoxins and non-GMO testing

Requirements

  • Solve problems independently and stay calm under pressure
  • Take pride in accuracy, safety, and high-quality service
  • Are comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
  • Have 5–10 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED
