We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee security officers and ensure
the safety of clients, employees, and property.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and supervise
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Previous supervisory experience required
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security officers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure officers follow company policies and post orders.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Manage shift coverage
• Monitor security activities and patrol areas to ensure safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of posts and security equipment.
• Ensure proper access control and visitor management.
• Maintain logs of security events and officer performance.
