This role involves supervising security officers, maintaining compliance with company and client policies, and serving as the primary point of contact for client relations and incident response.

Requirements

The State of Texas requires that you must have or obtain and maintain a valid Security Officer/Guard License issued by the TXDPS when providing any regulated activities in the State of Texas.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have valid driver's license from state of residence and clean MVR
Ability to function well in a high-paced and potentially stressful work environment
Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills
Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously
Ability to remain calm and act effectively in critical situations
Comfortable with new technology
High School Diploma or equivalent
Texas Non-Commissioned Security Officer
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
Stand at least 1 hour without support or a break
Sit at least 1 hour without a break

Nice To Haves

3+ years security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
1+ years Supervisory and Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify security concerns
Monitor facility access points and verify credentials of individuals
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established protocols
Enforce security procedures as outlined in Security Post Instructions
Lock/unlock doors, activate/deactivate security systems, and monitor surveillance feeds
Inform and ensure compliance with SEI and Client policies (e.g. smoking, loitering, parking violations)
Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations
Communicate effectively with workforce, clients, and management
Present a professional appearance in a clean and pressed uniform
Provide guidance and support to junior officers
Ensure adherence to security protocols and customer service standards
Assist in scheduling and shift coverage as needed
Act as point of contact for client concerns and escalations
Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation
Support training and onboarding of new security personnel
