About The Position
Site Supervisor need to oversee staff and provide a full range of logistics management and operational support to the Department of Justice
Requirements
- Minimum of (3) years in a supervisory position
- Experience with supervising teams in logistics, supply chain, facilities support
- Excellent interpersonal, written, attention to detail and oral communication skills
- Proficient personal computer skills to include a strong working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Suite
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
Responsibilities
- Monitoring quality control and performance standards
- Managing inventory accountability property control procedures
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and federal standards
- Preparing reports, tracking metrics, and resolving operational issues
- Manage the contract by organizing, directing, coordinating, and implementing all activities and tasking as determined by the Government.
- Supervise contractor staff to include addressing personnel issues, and meeting priorities.
- Be available on site for meetings as needed at the request of the COR
- Interact with Government program officials
