In this role, you will help elevate our staff, reinforce our culture of safety, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. Hallcon provides mission-critical employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. Our work keeps rail operations moving safely and efficiently—and our supervisors play a key part in that mission.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months–1 year of experience in team leadership, supervision, or a similar role
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Clear, professional communication with the ability to respond concisely and confidently

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing efforts, coordinate scheduling, and support onboarding and training for new employees
• Champion a safe work environment through consistent training, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Serve as the primary bridge between field employees and corporate teams
• Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations operate at peak efficiency
• Work closely with Risk Management to report and resolve safety concerns, violations, injuries, and incidents
