About The Position

Nation Security is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead our on-site security operations. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the direct leader for our security personnel, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity are met daily. Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within the security or law enforcement industry.
  • Licensing: Must possess active Florida Class D and Class G licenses in hand.
  • Driving Record: Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a spotless driving history.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English (written and oral) is required; Spanish fluency is a major plus.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in operating a smartphone and security-related software/reporting tools.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required (further Law Enforcement or Security training preferred).
  • Personal Attributes: Unquestionable integrity, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Valid Florida Class D License (required).
  • Valid Florida Class G License (required).
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal transportation (required).
  • High school diploma or GED required; formal security or law enforcement training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and incident management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and superior customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and reporting technology.
  • Must pass a background check, no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate on-site security officers to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring the team maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Incident Management: Investigate all on-site incidents and ensure all mandatory reports and log entries are completed with accuracy and detail.
  • Compliance & Safety: Monitor and enforce procedural rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.
  • Strategic Execution: Complete security-related projects and specialized assignments on schedule and to acceptable industry standards.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, dispatch, and the public, providing clear directives in a multicultural, high-stakes environment.
