We are currently in search of a Clinical Site Supervisor for our Springboro location. This candidate is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (This is a working supervisory position). Family Health Center, like all Providence primary care practices, is a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, and focuses on building lasting patient relationships based on trust and continuity of care.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in medical office, Primary Care preferred
Ability to comprehend established office routines and policies
Learns quickly from oral and written instructions.
Ability to operate a computer.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10coding.
Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)
Good organization skills
Tact and diplomacy

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervises site day-to-day operations
Ensures that the office is adequately staffed, approves time off requests and prepares staff schedule
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10 codes
Responsible for sites accounts receivable and manages total days in AR
Performs employee evaluations and makes recommendations
Maintains knowledge of and complies with established Providence Medical Group policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (TDDD, CLIA, Vaccines,etc)
Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care
Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations
Maintains confidentiality regarding patient’s accounts and medical records status
Attends monthly site supervisor meetings
