The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a positive role model to plan programming, oversee center management and supervise children in our after-school school-age child care program at Kersey Creek Elementary School. Up to $ 17.50 per hour. Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. DUTIES Responsibilities include sight and sound supervision of a group of school-age children, along with day-to-day operations of a school-age child care center. QUALIFICATIONS General experience with budgeting and program administration is helpful. Must have experience working with children. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Degree in a related field or CDA required or meet DSS licensing requirements. Minimum age is 18. Candidates must be responsible and energetic.
