Requirements

High School diploma/GED
One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a community residential setting
One year of supervisory and/or management experience

Responsibilities

Provide management support for a team of direct support professionals
Create and/or coordinate both individual and program wide opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of publics
Assure overall compliance with regulations, policies & procedures, and standards of performance
Address maintenance, safety and resource issues as needed
Serve in the emergency on-call rotation
Perform DSP assignments when necessary
Must be able to respond to unplanned or emergency situations that require working overtime, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday hours
Oversee the daily operations of an apartment complex to include maintenance, rent collection, be the contact person for applications/lease renewals, address tenant concerns in a timely manner, HUD compliance, conduct routine tenant meetings, general facility and apartment cleaning.
