  • Lead and Manage: Ensure contractual obligations are met, maintain high morale, and direct the performance of all security personnel on your shift.
  • Scheduling and Problem Solving: Schedule shift work, answer questions, and solve shift problems with minimal supervision.
  • Professional Interaction: Escort and interact with public and government personnel, and greet employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism.
  • Stay Composed: Maintain poise and self-control under stress, and assist emergency personnel as needed.
  • Report Writing: Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English.
  • Other Duties: As assigned
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Access Control Officer and 1 year in management (security-related preferred).
  • Skills: Impeccable customer service, excellent verbal communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.
  • Federal Compliance: All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
  • Requirements: Must be a US citizen, at least 25 years old, possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, and have no history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years.
  • Additional: Successfully complete all training and have obtained all required permits, licenses, certifications and security clearances for the site
