About The Position

GD Resources LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Contract Manager / Supervisor to oversee dining facility support services and ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract requirements. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards within a structured environment. The Role As the Contract Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall performance and execution of all assigned work. You will have full authority over daily operations, including supervising personnel, coordinating tasks, and serving as the primary point of contact with Government personnel. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to ensure strict adherence to contractual standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Demonstrated ability to supervise personnel and manage daily operations
Capable of performing and overseeing all required tasks
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Responsibilities

Oversee and be responsible for the performance of all contracted work
Exercise full authority on all matters related to daily operations
Supervise personnel and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly
Coordinate daily activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements
Serve as the primary liaison with Government personnel
Be available during normal duty hours to address operational concerns and problem areas
Maintain availability within 24 hours outside of normal duty hours as needed
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with contract terms and standards
Coordinate with designated representatives to resolve issues and receive direction
Ensure employees do not perform work outside the defined scope of the contract
Prevent unauthorized work and ensure proper approvals are obtained when required
