Site Supervisor (AM Shift, Full-Time)
About The Position

This role seeks a supervisor to manage their shift and assist the janitorial staff, ensuring smooth operations and completing their own janitorial duties. The supervisor is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by helping to meet target goals and deadlines, and fostering a safe work environment that encourages janitorial staff to comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
- Possesses a positive attitude and works well with other team members.
- Works well unsupervised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Follows direction and asks questions when needed.
- Proficient using computers and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead your shift by assisting the manager in ensuring the day’s scope of work gets done.
- Ensures that the assigned janitorial duties are completed.
- Assist the manager in applying work standards for janitorial employees in accordance with company practices.
- Monitors, measures, and reports to the manager on performance during the shift.
- Effectively communicates daily assignments and messages from the manager to the janitorial staff.
- Follows guidelines for proper maintenance of all equipment.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure that health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this area are dealt with effectively and efficiently using the resources within the company.
- Ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Other duties, as assigned by manager.
