About The Position

The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring roof replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards—without causing harm to customers or their property. This role oversees the installation process, post-job cleanup, and on-site safety compliance while serving as a key point of communication between subcontractors, management, and homeowners. The ideal candidate treats every jobsite with the same care as their own home and is proactive, organized, and customer-focused.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project management and/or site supervision
  • 1–2 years of experience in general construction
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • 1–2 years of experience using CRM or inventory management software (e.g., AccuLynx preferred)
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage subcontractor crews effectively
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including handling customer concerns and internal challenges
  • Ability to use industry-related tools and equipment (razor knives, air guns, saws, chalk lines, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including long days
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel as needed
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and roofs greater than one story
  • Ability to walk on roofs and climb steep inclines
  • Ability to wear and maintain all required safety gear
  • Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Physically capable of running supply errands, transporting materials, and hauling trailers
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and prioritize 1–2 roof replacement jobs per day to ensure company standards and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the production management team to ensure crews have a well-documented schedule and job understanding up to one week prior to start
  • Manage daily job schedules to ensure projects are completed by the deadline
  • Inspect installation quality during the replacement process and oversee post-job cleanup
  • Communicate job needs, progress, and expectations clearly with operations, crews, and homeowners
  • Ensure crews understand daily job expectations and safety requirements
  • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure subcontractors follow OSHA guidelines
  • Take inventory of materials at job sites and warehouses
  • Identify, educate, and communicate supply needs and functionality
  • Complete and load daily materials lists specific to each job
  • Answer crew and customer questions regarding products and installation
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners upon job completion
