About The Position

Provide doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s) Responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office Is instrumental in carrying out the health system's mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office based upon corporate direction and communication to staff Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems Consistently enforces all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising Works effectively with physicians, staff patients, families, public and external agencies Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in the office setting Conforms with and abides by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.

  • Dental office experience preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous front office experience, preferably in medical
  • Frequent bending and twisting
  • Prolonged typing
  • Prolonged use of a computer
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Required 1-2 months of training at our Parkersburg, WV and/or Teays Valley, WV locations
