About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a residential treatment facility. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client success, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and ensure smooth facility operations. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting individuals in the criminal justice system.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a residential, correctional, or similar setting
  • Experience supporting or supervising staff in a program environment
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
  • Ability to work independently with limited on-site supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a residential treatment center or halfway house
  • Training in Motivational Interviewing or similar approaches
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and case management practices
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and strength-based approaches

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment
  • Supervise staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage while minimizing overtime
  • Monitor client activity, behavior, and compliance with program expectations
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to support client progress and interventions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in required systems
  • Maintain facility compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and operational needs
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff under the guidance of the Assistant Residential Program Director.
