SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to support an opportunity at Hill AFB (Swing Shift). POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION Provides on-site supervision, oversight, and coordination of contract personnel to ensure contract requirements are met. The supervisor ensures personnel are properly assigned, qualified, and available to complete assigned tasks while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and government oversight requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role involving inventory control, asset management, logistics operations, or aircraft maintenance support.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records and strict accountability of government assets.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and government representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily on-site supervision, oversight, and control of contract personnel.
  • Ensure contract staffing meets or exceeds required manning levels and that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receive work requirements and assign tasks to personnel based on skill sets, certifications, and training qualifications.
  • Identify and designate working leads responsible for workload assignments while maintaining the non-personal services nature of the contract.
  • Maintain accountability for workforce coordination to ensure personnel are properly trained, certified, and available for assigned duties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government supervision and management regarding contract performance and compliance.
  • Report accidents and incidents in accordance with established procedures and attend required meetings with government representatives.
  • Compile, analyze, and submit operational data into required templates or formats for recurring and non-recurring reports, tracking, and information requests.
  • Coordinate and submit overtime requests by established deadlines and communicate coverage supportability or non-supportability to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) within 24 hours of notification.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, procedures, and government policies.
