About The Position

Guardian Security Services — NYC Hiring Event Residential & Commercial Building Security Opportunities Guardian Security Services is hiring licensed security professionals to support residential and commercial properties throughout New York City. Event Details Date: Tuesday April 7, 2026 & Thursday April 9, 2026 Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: 215 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10016 Compensation & Schedule • Pay range: $17 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and site assignment • Full-time and part-time opportunities available • Weekly pay • Opportunities for advancement Open Positions • Site Supervisor Basic Qualifications • Active NYS Security Guard License (for applicable roles) • Relevant certifications as required by position • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills • Availability to work assigned schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed What to Bring • Resume (if available) • Valid NYS Security Guard License (for applicable roles) • If hired, be prepared to complete new-hire paperwork on site and present original, unexpired documents of your choice that establish identity and authorization to work in the United States (Form I-9) • A list of acceptable documents will be available at the event Next Steps Qualified candidates may receive same-day interviews and conditional offers based on business needs.
