The Site Supervisor role requires a valid/current NYS Security Guard Card and at least 2 years of consecutive, verifiable supervisory experience, preferably in a similar environment. The client site serves the community in many different capacities, demanding professionalism, attention to detail, and strict adherence to protocols and procedures. This position involves supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel across one or more client sites, ensuring all post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. The supervisor is responsible for notifying authorities and clients during emergencies, coaching, disciplining, and training staff, and assisting with payroll and personnel information. They ensure adequate post coverage, prepare various reports, inspect posts, and meet with subordinates and client representatives to maintain security standards and provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties also include interviewing, orienting, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The Site Supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
