About The Position

The Supervisor oversees all onsite security operations at the assigned location. This position is responsible for security strategies, operations and leadership development. The Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between building management and the ADM security team members, upholding a high standard of professionalism, vigilance, and emergency readiness. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft office products.
  • Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
  • Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience . One year of military, concierge or an AA or BA in a related field will be considered as well.

Responsibilities

  • Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
  • Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
  • Observation and reporting of security concerns and safety hazards.
  • Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
  • Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
  • Interaction with a variety of people including clients, tenants, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
  • Conduct on the job training for newly hired staff.
  • Assure proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, etc.).
  • Responsible for scheduling officers to ensure complete coverage.
  • Conduct inspections of officers, appearances, licenses, and uniforms.
  • Review written reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
  • Administer the appropriate level of disciplinary action to include proper documentation and performance improvement plans.
  • Review Post orders and make recommendations for changes to senior management.
  • Report any major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to ADM management immediately.
  • Attend meetings with ADM management and the client to provide updates and coordinate events at the site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
