About The Position

The Site Supervisor at Willoughby Farm works with the afterhours rentals to ensure proper care of Willoughby Farm as well as address the needs of the rental customers. The Site Supervisor will work independently. The Site Supervisor will meet with the rental customers to ensure their rental is handled properly including the clean up at the end of the shift. Duties will include conversations with the public and providing excellent customer service. The Site Supervisor will also help maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Familiarity with group rentals and customer service
• Ability to adapt quickly
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to ensure rules are followed and troubleshoot minor incidents

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the supervision and operation of Willoughby Farm
• Experience with farm animals
• Knowledge of registration and POS software
