About The Position

Support daily operations across four ready mix concrete plants, and one Hot-mix Asphalt plant to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead and develop plant teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to meet performance targets. Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize plant performance. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
