About The Position

KPS Global, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team on a full-time, regular basis. As a Site Superintendent at KPS Global, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and serves as the primary on-site representative for KPS Global. The Site Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all field activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process. You will be the key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory officials during site visits and inspections. Your leadership will be essential in creating and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all applicable building codes, regulations, and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating project schedules, coordinating material deliveries, allocating resources efficiently, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during construction. You will conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors to review progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Documentation is a critical aspect of this role, requiring meticulous record-keeping of daily activities, progress reports, and any deviations from the original plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the project management team, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities to address unforeseen challenges promptly and efficiently, minimizing potential delays or cost overruns. This position requires a thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and industry best practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents is essential. This is a regular, at-will position with an annual salary structure. Please note that this position does not include per diem allowances.
