About The Position
The Site Services Specialist (Remote) at WCG Clinical is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day implementation and coordination of clinical trial recruitment programs. This position involves placing field staff at research sites to support the execution of these programs. The Site Services Specialist will work closely with the sponsor's study team, internal program team, research study sites, and other WCG employees across various locations in the nation to ensure successful clinical trial recruitment and retention. Given that most communication occurs remotely via phone and email, strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. In this position, the Site Services Specialist will assess the needs of research sites and identify opportunities to provide necessary services. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training field staff, as well as following up with research site staff regarding current initiatives and offering alternative solutions or services where applicable. The Specialist will partner with internal teams to identify pain points and propose suitable mitigations, ensuring the performance of field staff aligns with the execution of the site-based recruitment plan. Additionally, the role includes training new hires, providing mentorship, and leading internal teams on company initiatives. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position, and the Specialist may be assigned other duties by their supervisor that may not be directly related to this role.
