About The Position

Toyota's Information Systems Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst - Site Services. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide an on-site central point of contact for support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the Siemens Mfg. Operations Management (MOM) Platform, including database support, as well as initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, support of strategic network infrastructure, Design Manufacturing and Supply Chain (DMSC) activities, local and regional application rollout support, and partnering with production engineering for continued TBMNC plant expansions. Reporting to the TBMNC Site Services Manager II, the person in this role will support the TBMNC Site Services department's objective to continuously improve daily processes through customer focus, problem solving, and exercising Plan-Do-Check-Act. Continuously uplift OneTech standards for technology reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant functional work experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of MES and/or Siemens MOM platform support.
  • Knowledge and ability to use SQL, Postgres, and Power BI.
  • High-level communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexible scheduling.
  • A motor vehicle record that meets company standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with technologies and methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge or experience with Pla Pla Go inventory management system and NaviPro System.
  • Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies.
  • People management experience.
  • Flexible work hours could be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a central point of contact for supporting Site Services onsite activity, including OneTech initiatives.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and strategic network infrastructure.
  • Assist in Design Manufacturing and Supply Chain (DMSC) Manufacturing activities.
  • Support local and regional application rollout.
  • Partner with production engineering for continued TBMNC plant expansions.
  • Build a strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Applications and data platforms as a key SME to support daily production operations.
  • Continuously improve daily processes through customer focus and problem-solving.
