About The Position

Securitas is looking for a Site Security Supervisor to join our team in Gresham, OR. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a background in military or law enforcement. The available shift is Wednesday from 12pm-6pm and Thursday to Saturday from 6am-6pm. The wage for this position is $23.00 per hour. As a Site Security Supervisor, you will supervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring they follow post orders and Securitas protocols. You will respond to incidents, manage emergency situations, and train new officers while maintaining detailed reports and logs. This role is crucial in safeguarding our client's guests, property, and information.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Must have at least 1 year security or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
