HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Site Supervisor to work in the Phoenix Metro area (Tempe). This position offers a pay rate of $23.00/hr - paid weekly . This full-time position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with varying shift expectations , as the role is responsible for the oversight of all assigned security personnel at this location. Additional coverage may be required on occasion due to callouts, PTO, emergency shift openings, or other operational needs. A Site Supervisor may perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Site Supervisor is expected to become highly knowledgeable in all Post Orders and SOPs and ensure that all assigned security personnel are properly trained and compliant with assigned duties.

Requirements

Security and safety experience
Valid Arizona Guard License
Excellent customer service and public relations skills
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in multiple environments (indoors and outdoors)
Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly
CPR certification required
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times and be willing to enforce uniform standards

Responsibilities

Oversight of all assigned security personnel
Attendance at weekly Microsoft Teams meetings
Ongoing communication with client representatives, regional management, and national-level leadership
Become highly knowledgeable in all Post Orders and SOPs
Ensure that all assigned security personnel are properly trained and compliant with assigned duties
