About The Position

The Site Security Supervisor at BEST Crowd Management is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property at events held at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex. This role involves supervising security personnel, responding to critical situations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and security protocols. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of security experience required.
• Supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement for at least 2 years.
• Valid security license is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
