About The Position

This position requires a Secret clearance prior to start with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance. The Site Security Manager for Courtland, AL is responsible for leading a team of security professionals and integrating all security functions into a cohesive, site wide security program. The SSM will drive innovative security solutions, oversee security aspects of site expansions and upgrades, and ensure strict compliance with government and company security requirements. Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary security team, fostering a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement. Coordinate across functional areas to align security initiatives with overall site objectives. Provide expert counsel and support to site and program leadership on security related matters. Lead security integration for site expansions, upgrades, and new construction projects. Serve as the primary liaison with customers, engineering, and construction teams to secure approvals for security plans and program execution. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience supporting security for government contracts.
  • Experience developing site security plans.
  • Experience leading personnel and teams.
  • Proven experience supporting executives.
