About The Position

The Site Security Lead at RTX Corporation is responsible for overseeing security operations at the Columbus, Georgia campus, which is classified as a high-security risk area. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in law enforcement, fire & life safety, intelligence, public service, military, or private security.
• Experience in developing and managing corporate security programs.
• Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and manage security operations to protect assets.
• Administer and manage an on-campus guard force of approximately 65 employees.
• Establish and direct emergency response procedures for various incidents.
• Deliver risk-appropriate briefings and reports to business leadership.
• Lead on-site security for special events and VIP services.
• Ensure operability of security technologies and systems, including CCTV and access control.
