As a Security Projects & Process Coordinator, you'll be part of our Corporate team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to manage all 3rd party vendor billing and ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices, to align with applicable contracts. You will also manage team member's schedules, produce and manage all team policies and procedures, oversee and track the progress of all team initiatives and projects, coordinate and manage travel of senior security team members as needed, coordinate annual training, schedule and facilitate recurring monthly meetings, and maintain quarterly and annual team metrics. Other assignments and tasks may be required as needed.
