OVERVIEW: Frontline technical resource for sustaining and improving ingredient and product performance as well as KPI results for safety, quality, yield, rates, and efficiencies. Provide technical support and validation for products when implementing new formulas, ingredients, processes, and equipment. Improving and sustaining finished product identity at the plant level. Plant representative & consultant for product and process changes including new formulas, ingredients, processes, and equipment. Plant coordinator for commercialization of changes to existing products. Support, implement, and maintain food safety, food safety culture, and quality practices as required through SQF.
