As a Site Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Strategic Relationship Specialists who drive strategic sales growth and deepen partnerships with key intermediary firms. You will champion business development initiatives, guide associates in executing forward-thinking sales strategies, and fosters collaboration across multiple Regional Sales Office (RSO) locations. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to advance Capital Group’s market position and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a manager, you will develop and empower associates whose role includes representing Capital’s entire product line-up, influencing intermediaries, and executing business plans in partnership with Strategic Relationship teams and the Advisor Group.
