About The Position
Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking a Site Safety Tech to assist in daily safety operations across our heavy civil and mission critical construction projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about construction safety and eager to grow within a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Ability to travel regularly to job sites.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of construction safety or field experience (mission critical preferred).
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred.
- Basic knowledge of trenching, excavation, and fall protection safety.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
- Conduct daily safety observations and hazard reporting.
- Assist with toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings.
- Monitor use of PPE, fall protection, and other safety measures.
- Assist in documenting incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
