About The Position

The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment on construction sites. This role involves implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and providing guidance to employees to promote safe work practices. The position is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the team.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency with OSHA 30 and/or 510 certifications obtained within the last 3 years.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a definite plus.

Nice To Haves

• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting safe work practices and proper use of equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to develop effective safety plans for each project.
